Conscious Mama Life is your resource for finding tips and tools for consciously creating your best life in motherhood. While the journey to motherhood can be scary, difficult, and exhausting, it can also be incredibly joyful and fulfilling. Once we are mothers, our mental load becomes so big that we tend to go through life on autopilot. Therefore, my goal with this blog is to help mamas take care of themselves, and intentionally find the joy in all aspects of life, from pregnancy and postpartum to family life.
About Me
I’m Amber, mama to two beautiful little humans. I have a science background, with a B.Sc. in Biology, and a Masters degree in Experimental Medicine, where I studied obesity. I am passionate about living a healthy lifestyle through eating well, exercising and meditating. I am a life-long learner and self-improver.
Becoming a mother has been an amazing journey and learning experience for me, and I so am excited to share with you my tips and tricks for living your best life in motherhood.
